PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Project Controls Engineer (PCE) is responsible for scheduling and cost control throughout the project lifecycle, from LNTP-Design to Final Acceptance.

The role involves physical agility, mobility, and working in active construction zones overseas, often in high-stress environments with extreme weather conditions. The position requires working 60 hours per week, six days a week, with flexibility. The work environment may pose risks such as exposure to chemicals, heights, noise, dust, and airborne particles.
