Inventure in Houston is seeking a Manager of Project Delivery to own the integrated view of a portfolio of renewable projects, connecting deadlines, budgets, and contracts.
You will implement AI-powered tooling to link contracts, schedules, financing milestones, and forecasts. You will identify ripple effects early and drive owners to closure, while tracking budgets and contingencies across the portfolio.
A Houston-based, institutionally-backed renewable energy independent power producer is hiring a Manager of Project Delivery as its portfolio grows. The platform is founder-led, well capitalized, and has projects in operation, construction, and financing today.
The problem you'd own
Every utility-scale project carries six to eight major contracts: offtake, interconnection, equipment supply, EPC, long-lead procurement, plus the tax equity and debt agreements on top. Hundreds of pages of dates, thresholds, and notice provisions per project, and today nobody holds it all in one living picture. When a schedule moves, the ripple effects surface late: a financing gate at risk, deliveries that can't be accepted, COD sliding, returns eroding. The tools the industry uses are static and can't answer the question that matters: if this moves, what breaks downstream?
This role exists to build that connected picture and enforce against it, working directly with senior leadership to hold development, commercial, underwriting, and construction accountable to dates, budgets, and contractual obligations across the portfolio.
