Job summary

Aecon, via Bodell Construction, seeks a Project Controls Coordinator to support cost control, scheduling, and reporting on active infrastructure projects. You will work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and subcontractors to ensure data integrity and timely updates.

The role requires 1–3 years in construction or project controls, a related degree or diploma, and willingness to travel to projects. Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with SAP/Primavera are assets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or project controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP, Primavera, or similar tools an asset.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project controls setup, including WBS structure, cost coding, and cost loading.
• Track project progress, labour hours, quantities, and costs; ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for internal and client use.
• Support changes, change notices, and change requests documentation.
• Coordinate with field teams and home office to maintain accurate project records.
