Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a Project Analyst Co-Op to gain hands-on experience in project controls, data analytics, and project execution. You will work with Project and Turnaround teams, learn from experienced colleagues, and contribute to reporting, analysis, and process improvements.

The role is located at KAES's main campus in Wichita, KS, with a focus on data-driven decision making and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Eligible for full-time employment by May 2027
• Able to work onsite at Wichita, KS headquarters at a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for coursework, projects, internships, or other activities
• Experience working with data or information to solve problems through coursework, projects, internships, student organizations, work experience, or other activities
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes
• Willingness to travel occasionally to KAES business sites in the U.S. and Canada

Responsabilités

• Support Project and Turnaround teams with project setup, reporting/insights, data analysis, and other project controls activities
• Assist with organizing and analyzing project information to help teams understand performance, trends, and opportunities
• Gain exposure to project controls concepts such as cost tracking, forecasting, change management, risk, and project performance
• Help develop and improve reports, dashboards, and other tools that make project information easier to understand
• Work with team members to identify opportunities to optimize reporting and improve how project data is used
• Collaborate with Project Controls, Project Management, Turnaround, IT, and other business partners
