Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is offering a Project Analyst Co-Op in Wichita, Kansas, designed for a college student seeking hands‑on experience in project controls, data and analytics, and project execution. You will join Project and Turnaround teams, work with real project data, and contribute to reporting, analysis, and process improvement efforts on campus in Wichita.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related business/engineering field.
• Eligible for full-time employment by May 2027.
• Able to work onsite at Wichita, KS headquarters at least 20 hours per week.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for coursework or projects.
• Experience working with data to solve problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to KAES sites in the U.S. and Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project and Turnaround teams with project setup, reporting/insights, data analysis, and other project controls activities
• Assist with organizing and analyzing project information to help teams understand performance, trends, and opportunities
• Gain exposure to project controls concepts such as cost tracking, forecasting, change management, risk, and project performance
• Help develop and improve reports, dashboards, and other tools that make project information easier to understand
• Work with team members to identify opportunities to optimize reporting and improve how project data is used
• Collaborate with Project Controls, Project Management, Turnaround, IT, and other business partners
• Learn new systems, tools, and processes while applying them to real business problems
• Ask questions, share ideas, and bring a fresh perspective to how the team works
