Job summary

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions seeks a Project Analyst Co-Op to gain hands-on experience in project controls, data analytics, and project execution at our Wichita, Kansas campus.

You will support project and turnaround teams, develop reports and dashboards, analyze performance data, and learn how project information informs business decisions in an industrial environment. This role is onsite with 20 hours/week minimum.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Eligible for full-time employment by May 2027
• Onsite at Wichita, KS HQ at least 20 hours per week
• Experience with Excel in coursework or projects
• Experience using data to solve problems and improve processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Willingness to travel to KAES sites occasionally (US/Canada)

Responsibilities

• Support project and turnaround teams with setup, reporting, and data analysis
• Organize and analyze project information to identify performance trends
• Learn project controls concepts such as cost tracking and forecasting
• Help develop reports, dashboards, and tools for clearer project data
• Collaborate with project controls, management, IT, and other teams
• Learn new systems and processes while applying them to real problems
• Ask questions and contribute fresh perspectives to the team
