Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is seeking a Project Analyst Co-Op to join our team on our Wichita, Kansas campus. This paid co‑op offers hands‑on experience in project controls, data analytics, and project execution, with exposure to reporting, analysis, and process improvement.

You will support project teams, develop dashboards, and learn systems while collaborating with cross‑functional partners. Eligible for full-time employment by May 2027, with on-site hours and travel as needed.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, engineering, or related field.
• Eligible for full-time employment by May 2027.
• Able to work onsite at Wichita, KS headquarters a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for coursework or projects.
• Experience working with data to solve problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to KAES sites in the U.S. and Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Support project and turnaround teams with project setup, reporting/insights, data analysis, and other project controls activities.
• Assist with organizing and analyzing project information to understand performance, trends, and opportunities.
• Gain exposure to project controls concepts such as cost tracking, forecasting, change management, risk, and project performance.
• Help develop and improve reports, dashboards, and other tools that make project information easier to understand.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize reporting and data usage across projects.
• Work with Project Controls, Project Management, Turnaround, IT, and other partners.
• Learn new systems, tools, and processes while applying them to business problems.
• Ask questions and bring a fresh perspective to how the team works.
