Job summary

YEH & ASSOCIATES is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support Principals and Project Managers through the full lifecycle, including contract administration, budgeting, and reporting. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and collaboration across departments and offices.

You will develop tracking tools in Excel, monitor schedules and financial metrics, and help ensure compliance with client and local agency requirements. A proactive, organized professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or relevant degree in accounting/finance.
  • At least 5 years of project controls, contract administration, and project management support experience.
  • Expert-level Excel with advanced data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.

Responsibilities

  • Support Principals and Project Managers with contract administration, compliance, and client communications.
  • Coordinate contract/subcontract documentation, insurance requirements, and certificates of insurance tracking.
  • Complete monthly CDOT, DEN, CCD, RTD, and other Local Agency audit reporting on B2G website.
  • Monitor project performance and financial metrics, identifying efficiency opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools and dashboards using Excel.
  • Organize and maintain contract billing rates, renewals, and time extensions.
  • Support Principals and Project Managers in other duties as assigned.

Description

Yeh and Associates, Inc. are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support Principals and Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle, from project initiation, through final closeout. This role is responsible for project controls, contract administration/compliance, budgeting and scheduling, coordination of insurance certificates, and contract compliance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple priorities while working collaboratively across departments and branch offices.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED or Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 5 years of project controls, contract administration, and project management support experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced spreadsheet development, formulas, data analysis, reporting, and project tracking tools
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, contract management, and performance tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, dependable, ethical, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Principals and Project Managers with contract administration, compliance, and client communications.
  • Coordinate contract/subcontract documentation, insurance requirements, and certificate of insurance tracking.
  • Complete monthly CDOT, DEN, CCD, RTD, and other Local Agency audit reporting on B2G website.
  • Monitor project performance, period of performance deadlines, work/task order progress and project financial metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel spreadsheet capabilities.
  • Organize and maintain contract billing rates, contract renewals, time extensions, and project tracking procedures.
  • Support Principals and Project Managers in other duties as assigned.
