Job summary

A leading engineering company in Nashville is looking for a Project Controls Analyst to assist in project management and financial data evaluation. Candidates should have an associate's degree, strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills, as well as at least 2 years of experience in engineering design. Qualifications

  • Monitor, update and review financial data.
  • Coordinate and maintain project documentation.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

In the role of Project Controls Analyst, we’ll count on you to:

Responsibilities
  • Use processes and tools established on projects
  • Develop and assist in preparation of schedules
  • Prepare various reports
  • Co‑ordinate information flow between project participants, including subconsultants, and if appropriate between project team and the client
  • Demonstrate understanding of project controls tools
  • Assist in schedule baseline and schedule update reviews
  • Assist in costs estimate development and review
  • Monitor, update and review financial data
  • Coordinate and maintain project documentation
  • Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction, engineering or related field
  • Certifications (one or more): AEP, CST, CCT, CACM, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, EIT
  • Ability to interpret construction schedules
  • Local candidates preferred
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in multidisciplinary engineering design and construction
  • Strong decision‑making skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long‑ and short‑term tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities
