Job summary

Plummer is seeking a Project Controller I in Fort Worth, TX to support project managers and leadership with reliable plans, forecasts, staffing, costs, and reporting. The role partners with Project Controls, Project Accounting, and Finance to ensure accurate reflection of budgets and authorizations in Unanet.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and able to communicate clearly with technical and financial teams. Experience with Unanet and Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in project controls, project coordination, project finance, or a related function.
• Experience reviewing budgets, actual costs, forecasts, schedules, or resource plans.
• Proficient with Unanet or similar ERP systems and dashboard tools.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, forecasts, labor schedules, and cost information in Unanet.
• Review budgets, costs, and forecasts for consistency with approvals and amendments.
• Support project managers with estimates to complete, staffing, and schedules.
• Prepare project exception reports and dashboards for monthly reviews.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, and authorizations for T&M and task orders.
• Assist with KPI reporting, data validation, and trend analysis.
