CARIAN is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support large-scale utility capital programs by providing strong cost control, forecasting, and reporting capabilities. This role is highly analytical and execution-focused, supporting multiple Project Managers simultaneously and ensuring financial, schedule, and project data remain accurate, integrated, and decision-ready.
The Project Controls Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining financial discipline, schedule alignment, and reporting integrity across active programs. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in data-driven environments and enjoys being the backbone of strong project execution.
The base salary range for this role is $85,000 – $125,000 annually. This range represents a good‑faith estimate at the time of posting; actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base salary, the role includes eligibility for bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, paid holidays, health benefits, retirement benefits, and a company 401(k) match.
