Job summary

Dexterra Group is looking for a Junior Accountant & Project Controls in Denver, Colorado, to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for operations and construction projects. This role is critical in providing end-to-end financial oversight, ensuring alignment between project execution and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting, with advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems. A competitive salary and benefits package await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of financial analysis and/or project controls experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting is essential.
• Experience in contract or operations-based environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and perform variance analysis.
• Monitor and report on burn rates and financial performance.
• Support month-end close, including accruals and revenue recognition.
