Job summary

Atlantic Constructors Inc. is seeking a Project Controller to manage financial administration for modular solutions. You will support Project Managers with accurate Vista entries, change orders, billing, and invoicing while keeping records aligned with budgets.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will work with the project team and Corporate Finance to ensure timely, accurate financial actions and maintain organized records for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and office applications; able to learn Vista and related systems.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable data entry across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and ability to obtain missing information and follow up professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform project financial entries in Vista with supporting documentation and approvals.
• Maintain records of contract values, budgets, change orders, billings, and invoices matching the project budget.
• Enter and track change orders in Vista; monitor approvals and revised customer purchase orders.
• Coordinate billing and invoicing with Project Managers and Accounts Receivable; resolve issues delaying invoicing.
• Provide coverage for other Project Controllers and communicate with customers as needed.
