Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Controller to support Modular Solutions. You will assist Project Managers with Vista data entry, change orders, and billing while maintaining current budgets and records.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will coordinate with Corporate Finance and ensure timely follow-up on financial actions. Office-based role with standard full-time hours in Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

• Relevant work in finance, accounting, or related field; college degree not required with experience.
• Basic understanding of budgets, billing, invoicing and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Enter project financials in Vista with documentation and approvals.
• Maintain records of contract values, budgets, change orders, billings and invoices.
• Track change orders and ensure updates are reflected in financial records.
