Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a work-related field.
7+ years of progressively responsible related work experience including managing programs, work units, or departments of comparable size and complexity.
Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities; licenses/certifications as qualifying.

Responsibilities

Billing coordination with the billing department to ensure invoice accuracy.
Code and enter budgets into JDEdwards; ensure correct cost coding.
Direct change order management: prepare, review, and track approval status and templates.
Audit subcontract invoices and lien waivers; track subcontractor costs against budgets.
Review weekly financials and provide guidance to project team and management.
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts; identify issues and solutions for positive cash flow.
Ensure correct material sales tax handling with vendors and subcontractors.
Review POs and vendor costs; align with project codes and numbers.
Track equipment rentals and provide financial impact for on-site costs.
Deliver timely financial reports and participate in monthly project financial reviews.
