  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, change orders, and billing processes is preferred.
