Description

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction activities into a unified master schedule.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and analyze schedule performance against baselines.
• Work closely with project managers, cost controllers, and discipline leads to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare and update project milestones, look-ahead schedules, and resource-loaded timelines.
• Provide early warning of potential delays and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support monthly reporting cycles with schedule updates, progress curves, and earned value analysis.
• Participate in project meetings to present schedule status and forecasts.
• Maintain historical data and lessons learned for future schedule improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business from accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years related experience.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
