Job Description:

Parsons is seeking talented Program Controls Specialists to join our team! In this role, you will assist with responsibilities related to cost control, budget management, data handling, reporting, and project control systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Assist with cost control, budget management, data management, reporting, and project control systems.
2. Identify best practices and coordinate the development and implementation of project control tools and procedures.
3. Perform detailed analysis and validation of financial data for accuracy and reasonableness.
4. Organize financial data at the program and project levels for timely and accurate reporting.
5. Develop metrics and reports to provide management and stakeholders with accurate, timely information.
6. Create new processes and procedures related to budgets, estimates, schedules, and program information.
7. Review proposed project budgets and scope changes for proper justification and documentation.
8. Troubleshoot project-specific budget, scope, schedule, funding, or documentation issues in collaboration with other divisions or departments.
9. Manage subcontractor and client invoicing cycles.

Required Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience.
2. Proficiency with project control software such as Excel, Primavera, and DMCS.
3. Comfortable working virtually and conducting daily check-ins with management on project updates.

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
