Job Description:

Parsons is looking for amazingly talented Program Controls Specialists to join our team! In this role you will get to assist in responsibilities related to cost control, budget control, data management, reporting and the project control system.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Assists in responsibilities related to cost control, budget control, data management, reporting and the project control system.
2. Identifies best practices and coordinates the development and implementation of project controls tools and procedures to support these best practices.
3. Hands on, detailed analysis and validation of financial data to ensure accuracy and reasonableness.
4. Organizes program and project level financial data to enable timely and accurate reports.
5. Develops metrics and reports so that accurate and timely information can be provided to management and stakeholders.
6. Develops new program and project control processes and procedures related to budgets, estimates, schedules and roll up of program information.
7. Reviews proposed project budget and scope changes for proper justification and documentation.
8. Troubleshoots project-specific budget, scope, schedule, funding or documentation issues working with other Divisions, Branches or Departments.
9. Manages sub-contractor and client invoicing cycles.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field) as well as 5+ years of related work experience, or equivalent work experience required.
2. Assignments require the working knowledge of various software used in the Project Controls Department, such as Excel, Primavera, and Document and Materials Controls System (DMCS).
3. Must be comfortable working virtually and doing daily check-ins with management on project updates.

Salary Range:

$72,900.00 - $127,600.00
