Job Description:

Parsons is seeking talented Program Controls Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will assist with responsibilities related to cost control, budget management, data handling, reporting, and the project control system.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Assist with cost control, budget management, data handling, reporting, and project control system activities.
2. Identify best practices and coordinate the development and implementation of project control tools and procedures.
3. Conduct detailed analysis and validation of financial data to ensure accuracy.
4. Organize program and project financial data for timely and accurate reporting.
5. Develop metrics and reports to provide management and stakeholders with accurate, timely information.
6. Create new processes and procedures related to budgets, estimates, schedules, and data aggregation.
7. Review proposed project budgets and scope changes for proper documentation and justification.
8. Troubleshoot budget, scope, schedule, funding, or documentation issues in collaboration with other divisions.
9. Manage subcontractor and client invoicing cycles.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience.
2. Proficiency with software such as Excel, Primavera, and Document and Materials Controls System (DMCS).
3. Comfortable working virtually and conducting daily project updates with management.
