Job Opening: Project Control Analyst – Manager – English – Remote EMEA

We are inviting applications for the role of Project Control Analyst – Manager. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve financial issues
• Experience working within a matrix organization with minimal supervision
• Ability to work across different functions and sub-regions
• Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Established analytical and project management abilities
• Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, or similar project accounting modules
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

1. Manage the controllership and financial reporting of projects in accordance with internal control rules. Ensure project accounting aligns with company guidelines, define milestones, and liaise with accounting for revenue recognition.
2. Organize project reviews from start to end for each contract, ensuring consistency with project teams.
3. Analyze execution performance, propose action plans to improve contract margins and cash flow, and develop corrective actions to mitigate risks.
4. Broaden knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within the discipline to execute functional policies and strategies.
5. Understand key business drivers and how the team's work contributes to broader organizational goals.
6. Make decisions within a defined framework and resolve issues using judgment and knowledge. Consult senior team members for issues outside established policies.
7. Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface in customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

Minimum Skills/Qualifications

• BCom/MBA or equivalent degree
• Fluent in English
• Excellent Excel skills, with experience in Smartsheet or similar tools
• Strong background in Project Financial Management
• Experience with PCA tools and related processes
• Experience working in a multicultural, global environment
• Ability to drive change through reporting and influence

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• SAP / Oracle ERP Super User
