Job Title: IT & Infrastructure Architect

MPS is looking for a highly skilled and hands on IT & Infrastructure Architect to lead infrastructure, cloud operations, and IT systems across our global network. You’ll play a crucial role in building secure, reliable, and scalable systems that support our fast paced SaaS business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve on-prem and Azure cloud infrastructure
• Ensure system security, performance, and scalability
• Administer servers, databases, and CI/CD tools
• Oversee IAM (Azure AD, MFA, RBAC) and ensure compliance (ISO, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies
• Provide IT support and manage workstation tools
• Optimize cloud resources and automate processes
• Apply DevOps/SRE best practices
• Manage monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana) and incident response
• Support Docker/Kubernetes containerized environments
• Maintain IT policies aligned with ITIL standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure and Azure cloud operations
• Strong Linux, VMware, and networking (BGP/OSPF, VPNs) skills
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and scripting (Bash)
• Database admin: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
• Skilled in monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana) and incident response
• Knowledge of cloud security, backups, and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Proven B2B SaaS project leadership
• Fluent in English; degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred But Not Required

• Azure certifications such as AZ-104 (Administrator), AZ-305 (Architect), or AZ-400 (DevOps)
• Experience working in a SaaS or software company
• Familiarity with additional cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
