Job summary

ESA Engineering, a leading engineering consultancy in New York, is seeking a Project & Construction Manager to contribute to planning and execution of medium to large-scale luxury/retail projects.

You will monitor progress, liaise with stakeholders, schedule meetings, and produce project documents and reports, with responsibilities spanning architectural, electrical, mechanical, and civil works.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Architecture or Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years experience of managing construction projects and luxury store planning; NY-NJ / FL / CA locations.
• Required high energy level, motivation and problem-solving skills
• Good at building relationships and trust, critical thinking, decision-making, creativity, and information processing;
• The candidate must be a VISA holder.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and stakeholder updates.
• Schedule meetings and produce project documents and reports.
• Oversee construction aspects of architectural, electrical, mechanical, and civil works.

ESA Engineering is a leading engineering consultancy specializing in luxury and retai projects. With a strong focus on sustainable practices, MEP Design, Project & Construction management, we work closely with clients across various sectors.

In order to extend the current team already operating in New York, ESA Engineering is looking for a Project & Construction Manager, to contribute and support the planning and execution of medium and big-scale projects.

The Project & Construction Manager's tasks include monitoring project progress, following up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of project phases, scheduling meetings, and producing project documents and reports.

Activities and Responsibilities

While ensuring adequate communication flow between the different project execution teams and integrity of project delivery processes, the resource provides regular project reporting on execution schedule, completion, and adherence to initial objectives, and develops project documents and reports required by the client. This person is responsible for the project organization and management, as well as the relations with the client; manages of all construction aspects, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering works; supervises the execution and the technical content of project management.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Architecture or Construction Management or Civil Engineering;
• At least 3 years experience of managing construction projects and luxury store planning, place of Work NY-NJ / FL Florida / CA California;
• Required high energy level, motivation and problem-solving skills
• Good at building relationships and trust, critical thinking, decision-making, creativity, and information processing;
• Good communication skills, convincing personality, client and goal-oriented;
• Preferred already locally based NY-NJ / FL / CA;
• The candidate must be a VISA holder.
