Job summary

ZealoTech People in Pasadena, CA seeks a Project Captain to lead architectural production from Design Development through Construction Administration, coordinating with Project Leaders, Principals, consultants, and junior staff. You will supervise construction documents, coordinate MEP and structural teams, perform QA/QC, apply codes, manage multiple projects, and mentor teammates.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture with 5–8 years of experience and strong Revit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• 5–8 years of professional architectural experience.
• 5+ years of Revit design and production experience.
• Experience with adaptive reuse and Tenant Improvement (TI) projects.
• Experience working in a small architecture firm.
• Strong construction documentation and consultant coordination skills.
• Experience with plan check corrections.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities
