Qualifications

• Experience as a Buyer/Procurement Specialist in a project-based environment.
• Proven ability to issue RFPs/RFQs, evaluate bids and recommend awards.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with proactive, delivery-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for project packages from enquiry through supplier award.
• Identify and engage suppliers based on project requirements.
• Prepare and issue RFPs, RFQs and bid packages.
• Coordinate supplier queries to align with project schedules.
• Review bids, pricing and terms; prepare bid comparisons and award recommendations.
• Support commercial negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with Procurement Managers, Contract Managers and project teams.
• Maintain procurement records and monitor timelines against deadlines.
