Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong billing accuracy and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete the billing cycle for assigned projects, preparing accurate and timely invoices per processes and contracts.
• Monitor project financial performance, review setup, budgets, WIP, and billing needs with PMs.
• Communicate with clients regarding invoices, questions, corrections, and required documentation; track issues through resolution.
