Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on coursework or certifications are applicable.
• Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users and assist with IT projects.
• Assist with system maintenance, hardware and software setup, and troubleshooting across the organization.
