Education and Experience

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant technical coursework, certifications, or hands‑on experience.

Duties/Responsibilities

Work collaboratively and provide technical support to users and assist with IT projects, system maintenance, hardware and software setup, and troubleshooting activities across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 applications, with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Demonstrated initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn new technologies while working effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
