Job summary

SGS is a global leader in testing, inspection and certification. We are seeking an organized administrative professional to support food specification, pack copy and artwork reviews for UK retailer clients from the United States.

You will provide submissions and information to technical teams, maintain inboxes, job records, trackers and billing, and help keep processes running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative capacity within a busy working environment.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and confidence using different systems and shared inboxes.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
