Job summary

Frontage Laboratories Inc. is seeking an organized Logistics Assistant to support project management and kit/logistics teams with inventory, labeling, and shipment activities.

The role involves restocking supplies, printing labels, building kits, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery across sites. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a hands-on approach, comfortable working in a team, and capable of data entry and documentation for kit builds and orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams.
• Strong accountability with self and others.
• Hands-on approach with a desire to teach others.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management and Kit/Logistics teams with inventory management including kit parts, kits, labels, and shipment materials.
• Monitor and restock office supplies.
• Print labels and create label packets.
• Monitor and fulfill supply orders from sites.
• Complete kit and shipper builds.
• Complete QC of kit builds.
• Schedule and track logistics of outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Billing entry for labels, kits, and supply fulfillment.
• Data entry for kitting activities.
• Creation of kit build and order documentation.

Frontage Laboratories Inc. is an award winning, full-service, CRO/Contract Research Organization operating over 25 state-of-the-art laboratories across the US, Canada and China. Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.

Duties/Responsibilities:
