The ideal candidate is licensed with 4+ years of experience, proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, and able to manage budgets, schedules, and code compliance while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with 4+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design practices is a plus

• Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000/yearly (dependent on years of experience, competency, location)
