Qualifications

• BS degree in Architecture or related field.
• 7+ years of design and construction coordination for large multi-family mixed-use projects and industrial warehousing.
• Strong managerial and organizational skills.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to design elevation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design process for mix-used or industrial/data center warehousing projects.
• Oversee external design consultants (architectural, MEP, structural, interior, landscape).
• Review and coordinate drawings and keep design schedule on track.
• Develop conceptual building designs using SketchUp for owner approval.
• Collaborate with design team on site planning and site design.
• Ensure compliance with building codes (IBC, Accessibility, Energy Code).
• Assist construction team with problem solving, value engineering, and submittals.
