LaBella Associates is hiring a Project Architect in its Architectural division. The candidate will work with large project teams, including outside subconsultants, to ensure all project aspects are met and completed.

Responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager with client meetings, design team meetings, and construction administration, while coordinating with all disciplines. The ideal candidate will have 6–10+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is required or strongly preferred.
• Registered Architect in the state of South Carolina is desirable but not required.
• 6–10+ years of experience in architecture or related fields.
• Experience with healthcare, higher education, renovation, or occupied-building projects is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead with large project teams, including outside subconsultants, to ensure all aspects of the project are met and completed.
• Assist the Project Manager with client meetings, design team meetings, and construction administration.
• Delegate tasks to Project Technicians and coordinate with all disciplines; perform duties with minimal supervision.
