Job summary

STV is seeking an Architect for our Buildings group in Douglassville and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Project Architect is the chief technical architect for the management and creation of construction documents on assigned projects within STV's Pennsylvania architecture practice.

The role exists to carry technical responsibility for the drawing set and specifications from Design Development through Construction Documents, ensuring coordinated, code-compliant, buildable documents.

Qualifications

Registered Architect with 5–10 years of professional experience.
Proficient in Revit/BIM for architectural production.
Experience coordinating with engineering disciplines through DD and CD phases.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
NCARB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead production of construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with design leads, engineers, and consultants to deliver coordinated documents.
Mentor production staff and manage day-to-day drawing production and discipline coordination.
Ensure code compliance and document quality within the project scope.
Contribute to firmwide technical standards and proposals.
