Job summary

Bespoke Careers seeks a Project Architect for a collaborative architecture and design firm with offices in Charlotte and Raleigh, NC. This hands-on role moves projects from documentation through construction, working closely with Project Managers and Principals to guide teams and mentor emerging architects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of experience as a Project Architect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Architect.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, collaborative, and ownership-minded.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers and Principals to develop project deliverables.
• Lead project documentation and help keep projects on track.
• Mentor Intern Architects and emerging team members.
• Coordinate with consultants and resolve design and technical issues.
• Participate in client meetings and build relationships.
• Support construction administration and project closeout.
• Jump into design and problem-solving throughout the project.
