Job summary

SNIPEBRIDGE, a Colorado-based architecture, land planning and interiors firm in Carbondale, is seeking an Architectural Designer to join their growing team.

You will work on small to medium projects under supervision, develop local code knowledge, assist in construction documents, and participate in all design phases (SD–CA). You’ll prepare presentations, renderings, and materials, and coordinate with consultants to deliver quality design on time.

Qualifications

• A professional degree in architecture or design is preferred.
• Ability to work independently on architectural design projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with team members.

Responsibilities

• Works on small to medium sized projects under supervision.
• Develops knowledge of local codes and agencies and building codes.
• Assists in preparation of construction documents (plans, elevations, sections, details).
• Participates in all design phases (SD, DD, CD, CA).
• Prepares design presentations, renderings, and visual materials for client meetings.
• Coordinates with consultants and team members on technical aspects of projects.
• Attends project meetings and site visits as needed.
• Assists with project documentation and filing systems.
• Supports marketing efforts including graphics and project descriptions.
• Maintains organized project files and documentation.
