Job summary

ISP Design Inc. seeks a highly organized team lead in lighting design to manage cross-functional workloads from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment in Florida.

The role requires expert Revit and BIM360 proficiency, a strong foundation in lighting design, and the ability to coordinate with the Principal Lighting Designer and project teams using Microsoft Teams. You will lead scheduling, independent work, and collaborative problem-solving to deliver integrated lighting solutions for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years Revit experience (fluent) plus BIM360.
• Solid foundation in Lighting Design.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong multitasking capability.
• Schedule and coordinate work on projects with team.
• Meet with Principal Lighting Designer to collaborate & align.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead lighting design deliverables from concept to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional workloads to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Collaborate with Principal Lighting Designer to align on design goals.
• Schedule and manage team workload using Teams and planning tools.
• Contribute to project meetings and design reviews.

We are seeking a highly organized team lead, team-oriented professional with a strong foundational understanding of lighting design. This fast-paced role requires an exceptional multitasker who can leverage Microsoft Teams and integrated planning tools to manage cross-functional workloads, ensuring complex lighting deliverables are executed seamlessly from concept to completion.

Software, Responsibilities and Skills Required:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture


• Revit-5 years or more (fluent) + BIM360


• A solid foundational understanding of Lighting Design


• Ability to work independently


• Passion for working toward shared group goals and supporting team


• Strong multitasking capability


• Schedule and coordinate work on projects with team


• Meet with Principal Lighting Designer to collaborate & align
