Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a project team from inception through all phases.
• Prepare design drawings, models, and specs as directed.
• Apply zoning, site planning, and building code research.
• Integrate architectural design with structural, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Develop architectural detailing for project documents.
• Participate in discussions with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Coordinate team and project through construction.
• Partner with Project Manager to align scope, budget and goals.
• Build relationships with clients and teams.
