Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Architect to lead and manage architectural projects in our Dallas studio. You will direct design development through construction documents, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Requirements include a Bachelor's and/or Master's in Architecture, 10+ years across all project phases, an active Texas architecture license, and proficiency in Revit.

  • 10+ years of experience across all phases of architectural projects.
  • Active architecture license in Texas.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design tools.
  • Deep understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.
  • Ability to work in a local studio three times per week.
  • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and execute project documentation and contract administration across all phases of assigned projects.

  • Conduct quality-control reviews and research appropriate products, materials, and construction methods.

  • Mentor junior staff through knowledge-sharing, training, and ongoing support.
