Qualifications

• Actively pursuing architectural licensure.
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience, preferably in institutional, healthcare, or educational projects.
• Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit and standard design/visualization tools.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Technical Execution: lead defined portions of design development and execution.
• Produce and coordinate complete drawing sets and construction documents.
• Apply building codes, accessibility requirements, and technical standards in project delivery.
• Participate in construction phase services, including submittal review and site visits.
• Team Leadership: guide junior staff and review work for quality and coordination.
