Arketekcher seeks a Project Architect | Architect Level III to join our collaborative team of remote workers.

We seek a Project Architect III to provide full support throughout the entire project. The ideal candidate will serve as an SME on specialized systems, liaise with clients and consultants, and develop and represent the lead technical viewpoint on projects. They will report to the Principal on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies.
Required Qualifications:
8 years, minimum
Professional degree in Architecture;
US architectural license, optional;
Ability to use AutoCAD, SketchUp is a plus;
Knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques and costs;
Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants, and vendors.
Candidates should live in the greater New York area and be a US Citizen or have a valid VISA to work in the US
