Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited Bachelor and/or Master of Architecture.
• Licensure required; NCARB Certificate a plus.
• 5+ years of architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution across disciplines.
• Mentor staff and develop team capabilities.
• Grow the business through proposals, client partnerships, and repeat work.
• Direct design team and coordinate consultants through all project phases.
• Create drawing mark-ups and ensure design/document quality.
• Lead client meetings and present plans and progress.
• Cultivate positive client relationships and satisfaction.
• Provide construction administration services.
