Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from NCARB-accredited school.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience with governmental, industrial, and distribution/logistics projects.
• Knowledge of building codes and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from conception through construction.
• Develop work plans and ensure quality, schedule, and budget goals.
• Serve as primary client liaison to achieve satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, write contracts, and estimate fees.
• Coordinate with consultants and governmental agencies.
