Job summary

Kaller Architecture in Hollywood, Florida seeks a Project Architect to lead design and technical development across residential and commercial projects. You will prepare construction drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring code compliance and coordinating with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors through all phases.

The role requires a professional architecture degree and 6–10 years of delivery experience, with strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 6–10 years of architecture design and project delivery experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3DS Max a plus.
• Solid knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction detailing.
• Strong understanding of the Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and technical development of residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare and oversee detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ensure designs comply with the Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout all project phases.
• Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and construction administration tasks.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings to maintain design intent.
• Manage project documentation including drawings, specifications, reports, and permitting packages.
• Resolve design and construction challenges through creative and technical problem-solving.
• Support project delivery from concept through construction completion.
