Job summary

Kaller Architecture in Hollywood, FL seeks a Project Architect to design, coordinate, and oversee a range of architectural projects for high profiles clients. You will lead technical development and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring compliance with the Florida Building Code and local zoning rules.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3DS Max is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction detailing.
  • Solid understanding of the Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Manage project documentation including drawings, specifications, reports, and permitting packages.
  • Resolve design and construction challenges through creative and technical problem-solving.
  • Support project delivery from concept through construction completion.

Job description

Kaller Architecture, is looking for a skilled professional to design, coordinate, and oversee a variety of architectural projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex developments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver innovative solutions for high-profile clients.

Location: Hollywood, Florida

Key Responsibilities
  • Help with architectural design and technical development of residential and commercial projects
