Job summary

räkkhaus is seeking a Project Architect to lead complex architectural projects in Phoenix, from early design through construction administration. This role requires strong Revit skills and the ability to produce high-quality drawings, coordinate with cities and consultants, and mentor junior staff.

You will work on mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and ADA standards while collaborating with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Strong technical chops and an eye for clean detailing.

What You'll be Doing

• Taking the lead on projects from early design through CDs and CA
• Producing top-tier drawing sets —Revit mastery is a must
• Crafting crisp, clearconstruction detailsand managing project teams
• Coordinating with cities and agencies forentitlements, zoning, design review, and permits
• Navigatingbuilding code and ADAlike a pro
• Working closely with consultants, clients, and contractors throughout the process

What we're looking for
