Job summary

L+C Design Consultants is seeking a Project Architect with 4–7 years of professional experience to join our Northern New Jersey team. The role focuses on development of construction documents for K–12 educational projects, with mentorship from senior staff and growing responsibility based on performance.

Candidates will support multiple school projects, coordinate with MEP and structural consultants, and participate in site visits and field reports.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional architectural experience.

Employment Terms

This is a full-time position. The first 60 days serve as an onboarding period, including support, training, and project immersion. Continued employment is based on performance, alignment of mutual expectations, and project needs.

Compensation

Compensation is commensurate with experience and is reviewed regularly as responsibilities expand and performance is demonstrated.

Our calm, open studio offers views of the Hudson River and Manhattan. We are located in a small office building with convenient private parking and nearby shopping and restaurants.
