Job summary

Leadmark Group in Tampa is seeking a Project Architect to join its team. A licensed architect with 7+ years of experience will lead projects from design through construction, mentor internal teams, and serve as a primary contact for clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect within an NCARB jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and strong client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design through construction and closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients and consultants.
• Coordinate and mentor internal project teams.
• Oversee drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

An established and growing architecture firm with eight offices across the U.S. is seeking a Project Architect to join its Tampa team. This is a great opportunity for a licensed architect who enjoys leading projects, working directly with clients, and mentoring project teams.

Projects will primarily focus on Multifamily, Retail and Commercial development projects.
