Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• Active Registered Architect (RA) license in good standing (Florida license or NCARB certificate eligible for immediate Florida reciprocity).
• 5+ years of progressive architectural project experience, with exposure to commercial, retail, grocery, or multi-site rollouts.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Thorough understanding of building codes (ADA, IBC, Florida Building Code), construction methods, and consultant coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural project delivery, ensuring high technical quality, code compliance, and adherence to client standards across commercial and retail programs.
• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, general contractors, and AHJs.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary drawing sets with internal and external MEP, structural, and civil engineering consultants.
• Oversee and mentor junior architectural designers, coordinators, and drafting technicians in Revit-based construction document (CD) production.
• Direct construction administration services, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting field visits/punch lists.

• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, general contractors, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary drawing sets with internal and external MEP, structural, and civil engineering consultants.
