Job summary

Blueprint Hires in Seattle is seeking a Project Architect to lead design efforts across diverse sectors and manage projects from concept through construction administration.

You will coordinate with structural, MEP, and consultant teams while mentoring junior staff in a collaborative, design-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Formal architecture degree and licensure are required.
• 10–15+ years of architectural experience is expected.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows and AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience with Bluebeam, InDesign and Deltek Vantagepoint is preferred.

Job description

A design firm that specializes in architecture, interiors, engineering, and planning is seeking a Project Architect to join their Seattle team. This role will lead projects across Public, Industrial, Healthcare, Retail, and Commercial/Workplace sectors in a collaborative, design-focused environment.

Your Day Includes

• Lead projects from concept through construction administration.
• Coordinate architectural solutions with structural, mechanical, electrical, and consultant teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on a variety of project types.
• Manage project workflows, schedules, and deliverables.
• Mentor Architects and Architectural Designers while maintaining design quality.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and active architectural license required.
• 10–15+ years of architectural experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, and AutoCAD.
• Bluebeam, InDesign, and Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred.
